• The base layer consists of Black Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR) granules,bound together with a specially formulated, 100% s olids MDI based single component polyurethane,at a thickness of 10mm(3/8inch).
• The top layer consists of a specially formulated, colored polyurethane into Ethylene Propylene Dience Monomer(EPDM) which granules have been embedded before curing for a thickness of 3mm(1/8inch).

Product Introduction:

• Silicone PU is a new generation of sport surfaces material, efficiently slove problems which PU can not fullfill. 
• Compare to PU, silicone PU have a longer lifetime, easy to maintenance.

Except for the full solid pour systems which vary in depth, The standard colors are track red and black although other colors are available at additional cost. Spray Coating is a porous system consisting of a paved base mat of binder and black rubber with 2 structural spray coats to provide wear and UV protection. Running track sandwich System with the paved base mat covered by top layer of solid-pour polyurethane and rubber.
