Synthetic Sport Flooring Description 

13mm thickness all weather fully cast in site sandwich type polyurethane synthetic running track system equivalent to synthetic consist of 9mm thick resilient cushion layer of polyurethane (PU) Binder bonded with SBR granules by paving machine and red ethylene propylene diene monomer( EPDM) granules size 2-4mm sprayed to permanently embedded on top of SBR layer in accordance to IAAF requirement.

Properties of polyurethane glue

1. Sdong brand polyurethane glue is a single-component solvent (environmental protection) adhesive, which is composed of organic isocyanate (-NCO) and polyester with hydroxyl group (-OH) at the end;

2. It has many advantages such as room temperature curing, easy operation, high crystallization rate, fast positioning and curing materials, etc.;

3. Single component, with excellent water resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance, yellow resistance, hydrolysis resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and no whitening and other excellent characteristics;

4. Quick-drying type, which can solidify in 2-3 hours and has high strength;

5. After passing THE EU ROHS standard, the storage will not deteriorate for half a year.
